Winter Services

When the winter closes in, our expert team is on hand to keep the snow clear and to ensure that surfaces are gritted. Disruption caused by ice and snow can be both costly and dangerous, so the services we offer are crucial.

Our winter services include:

Pedestrian gritter (ideal for footpaths and steps)
Vehicle mounted gritter (controlled from the cab, perfect for car parks and large areas. We carry out gritting and salt spreading in Exeter and Plymouth, Devon).
Snow clearance
Daily Met office alert system

During the winter months, we make daily decisions about when and where to salt and grit based on the Met office alert system. Signing up to this means that you will be given 24 hours notice of freezing weather. We can either simply notify you of the high risk, or respond automatically to the alert and protect your property accordingly.
