At County Grounds Maintenance, we provide professional wildflower collection and meadow management services using specialist seed harvesting equipment designed to efficiently collect and redistribute native wildflower seed.

Our collection equipment allows us to harvest seed directly from established wildflower meadows, helping to create sustainable, biodiverse landscapes while preserving local plant species. This process is an environmentally responsible way to establish new meadows and enhance existing grassland areas with natural, locally adapted wildflowers.

Late August into September is the perfect time to get those wildflower meadows collected!

Our machines are busy covering the acres at the moment with our flail collector, getting meadows cut, collected and cleared ready for the next season.

This particular meadow was requested to be removed entirely from the grounds… Not a problem!

We shall be drilling fresh meadow seed to enhance next years bloom in the next couple of weeks using our vredo overseeder
